Eva Maria Mantziou is an experienced board director and governance leader with more than 13 years of supervisory and executive board experience across publicly listed companies on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), London Stock Exchange (LSE), Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and MERJ Exchange (MERJ).
She currently serves as Executive Board Director of Genius Group Limited (NYSE: GNS), a global AI-powered education company comprising 34 companies, where she provides strategic governance oversight while also serving as Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer.
Eva's board career spans chairmanship of the supervisory board at Work Service International — The primary international arm of the biggest employment and outsourcing agency in Europe, dual-listed on WSE and LSE, where she oversaw governance across 20 countries in Europe and Asia. She has served as board member of PTWP SA Group, one of Poland's largest media and publishing companies, and chaired the management board of People Care, Poland's leading medical and home care services company.
Her expertise spans workforce strategy, digital transformation oversight, international expansion governance, legal compliance, litigation oversight, HR effectiveness, talent management, AI automation, and ESG governance. She has founded social impact companies including Krajowe Centrum Pracy (National Employment Centre), which became the largest partner of the European Committee in social inclusion projects in Poland, and has served as Vice President of the Work Service Foundation, supporting people excluded from the job market.
Eva holds executive education credentials from MIT, the Wharton / IESE / CEIBS Global CEO Program, and the IESE Business School Advanced Management Program, alongside a Master's in Economic Sciences from Wroclaw University of Economics.
